Maca Macaronerie to Open at Bow Market in Somerville's Union Square

A food vendor featuring a popular French confection is on the way to an upcoming development in Somerville.

Eater Boston is reporting (via Scout Somerville) that Maca macaronerie will be coming to Bow Market in Union Square, with owner Tamy Chung planning to offer a variety of flavors, colors, and characters (including animal shapes) at the stall. It appears that the macarons will continue to be made out of Creative Chef Kitchens in Derry, NH--at least for now--and Chung will also continue to take custom orders for such events as birthday parties, baby showers, and weddings.

Bow Market, which will be located between Somerville Avenue and Bow Street, plans to have more than 30 stalls as well as a brewery and a comedy club.
